Booking your stay and arrival at Kurro

When will the nature spa open?

Kurro is currently under development and will open in summer 2026. At the moment, we are aiming for 1 August.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 15:00

Check-out until 12:00

Can I arrive earlier or leave later?

If possible, we will always try to find a solution — just let us know in advance.

What value can a Kurro gift card have?

You can choose a gift card in any amount that suits you, add a personal message, and complete the purchase quickly. An electronic gift card will reach the recipient (or you) within minutes.

How long is a Kurro gift card valid?

Gift cards purchased before the hotel opening are valid for 2 years.
Gift cards purchased later are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Booking and cancellation policy

Booking, payment, and cancellation terms depend on the selected rate type and are specified separately for each rate. Please make sure to review the terms carefully when confirming your booking. Lower rates generally come with stricter cancellation policies.

SPA

Is spa access included with accommodation?

Yes, hotel guests can use the spa areas according to their package.

Can I visit the spa without staying overnight?

Yes, the spa is also open to day visitors depending on availability. Please check with our reception before planning your visit.

What are quiet areas?

Quiet areas in the spa are separate spaces designed for calm and silent relaxation.

TREATMENTS

Do treatments need to be booked in advance?

We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time.

Can I choose a treatment on site?

In that case, we recommend booking the service “A treatment created personally for you” — this allows you to consult with a therapist and find the most suitable option on site.

CHILDREN

Are children welcome?

Yes, children are welcome at Kurro Nature Spa together with their parents.
We offer room types suitable for families: Hellus (for families with a baby), Nest (with bunk beds), and Echo — a two-bedroom room.
The relaxation area includes a separate pool with a jacuzzi for younger children, as well as a pool area for more active play. Kurro also offers children’s playrooms and childcare services.

Are there children’s areas?

Yes, Kurro has children’s pools and playrooms.

WORK AND INTERNET

Is WiFi available in the hotel?

Yes, WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Is it possible to work on site?

Yes, there are dedicated workspaces and quiet areas for focus.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

Where is Kurro Nature Spa located?

Kurro is located in Alutaguse Parish, in Ida-Viru County. More precisely, we are in Uusküla — once known as Väike-Kurro.

Is parking available?

Yes, outdoor parking is free for guests. There are also a limited number of spaces available in the garage.

How can I get to Kurro?

Kurro is easily accessible from all parts of Estonia — by car or public transport. We have our own bus stop, “Kurro spa”, which connects us via Jõhvi. If needed, we can also assist with arranging transport.

OTHER

Are pets allowed?

Well-behaved pets are welcome at Kurro, but we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. Pet-friendly rooms are located on the ground floor, with direct access from the terrace to the pine forest for walks.

Is the restaurant open to non-residents?

Yes, subject to availability. Kurro Restaurant welcomes all guests. Whenever possible, we kindly ask you to reserve a table in advance.
