Sinu vastutusvaldkonnad
- Külaliste vastuvõtt ja menüü tutvustamine.
- Toidu ja jookide tellimuste vastuvõtmine ning serveerimine vastavalt ettevõtte teenindusstandardile.
- Koostööle suunatud hoiak suhtluses nii meeskonna kui ka köögiga, et tagada sujuv tellimuste täitmine.
- Kassasüsteemi kasutamine ja arvelduste tegemine.
- Teenindusalade korrashoid ja puhtuse tagamine.
- Külastajate toetamine menüüvalikute ning joogisoovitustega.
- Vajadusel inventuuris osalemine.
Ootused kandidaadile
- Varasem kogemus toitlustusteenindajana/kelnerina/baarmenina.
- Väga hea eesti ja inglise keele oskus.
- Kehtiv tervisetõend ja toiduhügieenikoolituse tunnistus.
- Hea pingetaluvus.
- Soov teha tööd vahetustega.
Eelise annab:
- Kutsetunnistuse Toitlustusteenindaja tase 4 või Kelner tase 4 olemasolu.
- Sommeljee koolituse tunnistus.
- Vene või soome keele oskus suhtlustasandil.
- Huvi külalislahke teeninduse pakkumise vastu.
Võimalused:
- Võimalust kujundada uus teenindusstandard algusest peale.
- Sisulist ja tähendusega tööd rahulikus, loodusega kooskõlas keskkonnas.
- Erialaseid koolitusi.
- Tasakaalu ja tervist väärtustavat töökeskkonda (sh 2 tervisepäeva aastas).
